Rod has extensive experience in Sales with the majority of experience in the Jan/San, Industrial/Retail and the Foodservice Industry. Going back as far as 13 years ago Rod worked with Sysco Vancouver. This was the start to Rod’s interest into the warewash and Industrial Chemical business. The next step in his career was to start, grow and sell a successful chemical manufacturing company, supplying a full line of product throughout Canada. Rod has been in the Agency business ever since and now owns REV Sales & Marketing. As the Chairman for the CSSA (Canadian Sanitation Supply Association) for British Columbia, Rod has great insight into the future of the Jan/San Industry. Rod believes three words will describe our company “Entrepreneurial, Dedication, and Growth”.
Bill Sykes
Bill is a seasoned Sales and Marketing pro with experience in both National and Regional Sales and Marketing Management positions in Canada and the Western United States. Bill has demonstrated flexibility in representing several categories of products at all levels of business and has a reputation as a “Business Builder”. Bill can deal comfortably with end user contacts, distributor networks, and dedicated sales forces.
Paige Peacock
Paige has a background in Accounting, working for companies like Scott Paper and Sysco. Paige is responsible for all daily head office accounting duties.
Kim Saunders

Kim has 20 years experience representing major manufacturers of both Non-Food & Food products in the Commercial Sector. His experience includes working with Key Accounts and Distribution channels to increase market share, manage advertising programs, with a focus on customer service.
Brad McIntosh
Saskatchewan/Manitoba/Thunder Bay
Working for manufacturers such as Atlas Graham as Sales & Service Manager and with physicians and pharmacists in the Consumer Health area has given Brad a unique look into various aspects of business. His experience with manufacturers, distributors and retail markets gives him great insight into the Jan/San and Industrial Industries.
Alison Capell
Alison brings over 20 years experience in Customer Service and Inside Sales, combined with marketing savvy including in-depth knowledge of advertising campaign planning, print media research, Ad placement and Trade Show coordination. Alison’s work experience includes the US Army, Briggs and Stratton, Glentel and Henderson Matting. Alison is responsible for all areas of customer service, working alongside our Western Sales Staff.
