The Scotch-Brite™ Quick Clean Griddle Liquid loosens and lifts carbonized grease and food soil upon contact with a hot griddle, making removal easy. There is less splattering with no irritat- ing fumes or strong chemical odors. Contains only ingredients safe for use on food contact surfaces**. Formulation does not contain caustic soda, as found in other griddle cleaning chemicals.
